As a girl, growing up in the middle of nowhere, I was always very intrigued by the whole pen pal thing. So, when I heard about the Secret Pal 10 swap I felt compelled to join - how fun!

What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?
Love wool and wool blends (cashmere/silk, merino, alpaca blends)
Cotton wool blends are great too
Soft cotton is nice -

What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?
A knitting bag (keep them in the plastic sleeves they come in from the shop)

How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
2 years – a very nice yarn shop owner taught me.
A very solid intermediate

I don’t spin or dye, but would love to learn.
